Fabric Care
Bamboo fabric is cherished for its softness, breathability, and eco-friendliness, making it an ideal choice for baby clothing. However, it tends to develop pills due to the unique characteristics of bamboo fibers. To ensure your bamboo baby clothes stay in excellent condition and prevent pilling:
- Wash with care: Always follow care label instructions, using a mild detergent that is free of bleach or fabric softeners. Opt for gentle, low-temperature wash cycles to protect the delicate fibers.
- Avoid rough surfaces: Before washing, turn clothes inside out and avoid washing them with rough fabrics like towels or jeans, which can lead to friction and pilling.
- Air dry: Choose air drying over a tumble dryer to maintain the fabric's softness and prevent damage from high heat.
- Use a lint roller: If pills do appear, a lint roller or fabric shaver can easily remove them.
Furthermore, when washing bamboo baby clothes, steer clear of harsh detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, hot water, overloading the washing machine, aggressive cycles, long soaking, excessive sunlight, and wire hangers. Always adhere to care instructions to ensure your bamboo baby clothes remain soft and durable, providing comfort for your little one.

SHIPPING
Belan.J, a Vancouver-based company, offers shipping services within Canada, with FREE shipping on orders over $100, excluding remote areas. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays) and usually take 1 to 3 business days for processing, with delivery times varying from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen service.
For international orders over $150, FREE shipping is available to the USA, taking approximately 2-3 weeks, while international orders may take around 20+ business days based on the selected service.
RETURNS
Belan.J has a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition, with a receipt or proof of purchase required. Customers can initiate a return by contacting the company. If the return is not due to an error on their part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Discounted items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale. For items purchased from retail stores, customers should contact the store directly for exchanges or returns.
Refunds are processed once returns are inspected, with the refund amount returned to the original payment method. Belan.J is not responsible for damages caused by washing and stain treatment, and pilling is not covered under warranty due to the nature of the fabric.
