RETURN & EXCHANGE
Your orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days AFTER receiving your item to request a return. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If the errors are not on our end, for example, if you want to exchange the item for a different size, style, or color, please send the item back to us for an exchange. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- If the items are damaged or defective, please email us with detailed photos of the defective areas. We will refund you with shop credit according to the condition. Alternatively, we will send you a return shipping label for you to ship the item back.
- If it's an operational error on our part, we will send you a return shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
All discounted items are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
ITEMS PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE
If your items to be exchanged or returned are purchased from a retail store, please contact the retail store you purchased the items from directly. We can assist our retailers with needed items for the exchange or return, however, it must be the retailer you purchased from to deal with your exchange or return directly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Belan.J is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash and stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and buttons and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.
Bamboo fibers are naturally round and smooth, which makes them less resistant to rubbing against each other. When bamboo fabric is subjected to regular wear and washing, the fibers tend to rub against each other, causing friction and abrasion. This friction leads to the formation of tiny balls of fuzz on the surface of the fabric, known as pills.
Another factor that contributes to pilling is the processing of bamboo fibers into fabric. The process involves breaking down the bamboo stalks into pulp, which is then spun into fibers. During this process, the fibers can become weakened, making them more prone to breakage and pilling.
