Our sleep sacks have the extra wide space your baby needs to be comfortable at night, giving parents peace of mind that their baby is comfortable and has space to stretch out and rest properly. The fabric is buttery soft, breathable, and temperature regulating. Our colours and prints are many parents' favourites.

A wearable blanket allowing baby to sleep safely through the night. These sleep sacks are designed to give baby plenty of room to kick and move, while fitting securely around the neck and armhole. Features a 2-way zipper for easy night time diaper changes. These sleep sacks are made of Bamboo Rayon which is highly breathable and moisture wicking making it an ideal overnight fabric for baby. 

Belan J Sleep sacks passed the flammability regulations of Canada (CAN/CGSB-4.2) with NO flame redarants added.

  1. Wash with care: Always follow care label instructions, using a mild detergent that is free of bleach or fabric softeners. Opt for gentle, low-temperature wash cycles to protect the delicate fibers.
  2. Avoid rough surfaces: Before washing, turn clothes inside out and avoid washing them with rough fabrics like towels or jeans, which can lead to friction and pilling.
  3. Air dry: Choose air drying over a tumble dryer to maintain the fabric's softness and prevent damage from high heat.
  4. Use a lint roller: If pills do appear, a lint roller or fabric shaver can easily remove them.

Furthermore, when washing bamboo baby clothes, steer clear of harsh detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, hot water, overloading the washing machine, aggressive cycles, long soaking, excessive sunlight, and wire hangers. Belan.J, a Vancouver-based company, offers shipping services within Canada, with FREE shipping on orders over $100, excluding remote areas. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays) and usually take 1 to 3 business days for processing, with delivery times varying from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen service.

For international orders over $150, FREE shipping is available to the USA, taking approximately 2-3 weeks, while international orders may take around 20+ business days based on the selected service.

RETURNS

Belan.J has a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition, with a receipt or proof of purchase required. Customers can initiate a return by contacting the company. If the return is not due to an error on their part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Discounted items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale. For items purchased from retail stores, customers should contact the store directly for exchanges or returns.

So happy with this sleep sack!

I was looking to purchase new sleep sacks for my daughter, and wanted to keep it Canadian as well. After looking at a couple of different companies, I am so, so happy that I made the decision of purchasing these. They are super soft and keep my little one nice and warm. I had purchased cheaper 1.0 togs for while she was smaller and trying to figure out what she'd like, and could immediately tell the difference with the warmth, even though they were the same tog level. We were a bit hesitant to switch to a sleep sack from a swaddle for our new born but we are so glad we did!!

The quality is amazing, so soft and our baby loves it. He sleeps so soundly and doesn’t get overheated. It makes 3am diaper changes so much easier since we don’t have to re-swaddle and we can just zip him in! I absolutely love Belan J sleep sacks. They are made with thick bamboo - quality above all other bamboo brands I have seen. They are so incredibly soft, and roomy to allow your baby to move around. How do I care for my Bamboo Clothing?

To keep your Bamboo looking and feeling great, we recommend washing with cold water on a delicate cycle, using gentle detergent.  Avoid mixing other fabrics such as towels or denim that could increase abrasion and lead to pilling.  Dry in on low heat or hang to dry in a well ventilated room.

Why is Bamboo a fabric great for kids with eczema and allergies?

Bamboo is like a superhero fabric for kids with eczema/allergies!  It’s naturally hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial so it’s gentle on sensitive skin.  Bamboo is also like nature’s temperature control - it’s fantastic at letting air through, preventing overheating and sweating.  As we know, eczema doesn’t get along with moisture.

What TOG should I get?
  • 0.5 TOG: This is the lightest option suitable for warm summer months or when the room temperature exceeds 24°C (75°F). It provides minimal insulation and is ideal for ensuring your baby doesn't overheat.
  • 1.0 TOG: A versatile option that works well year-round, or for rooms with a stable temperature around 20°C (68°F). It provides a moderate level of warmth and can be paired with appropriate clothing layers.
  • 2.5 TOG: The warmest TOG rating, recommended for standard room temperatures between 16°C and 20°C (61°F-68°F). It offers more warmth and is suitable for colder winter months or cooler nurseries.  This can also be a good option for summer camping trips, when evening temperatures drop.
